The world cup 2010. In reality this competition is not like other competitions because of several reasons. 

First of all,  my favorite team England can't show their real game. In the first game with USA England couldn't win  because of the mistake of England's Goalkeeper. Of course, I understand that all teams trained hardly before  this Cup but to compare players of England with US players is so ridiculous everyone knows the skills, experiences and opportunities of England players. But what can I do. Hope today England will win the game with Algeria then with Slovenia. wish them championship.

Secondly, I don't see the fantastic goals of Super players like Messi, Ronaldo or Villia. people ask why. Because of the ball which was Made in South Africa. With this ball players can't show their dribbling, agility and kicking from a long distance. So it made not only players feel bad but also we fans can not enjoy from matches.

In addition, I extremely wanted to see the players like Banzema, Ronaldino or Conbiaso in this world cup what happend with them nothing just the coaches of those teams didn't recall them at all. by the way I don't find any word for the coach of French because yesterday night France was losing 1-0  in the game with Mexico the fans in the stadium wanted to see Hanry which is Fantastic player of Barselona in order to change Govou  with Hanry He changed Govou with Valbuena. so many matches pass like this. No beauty of Football.

On the other hand, We can not forget that this is only begging of the World Cup 2010 I loved only one Game and that game was between SA and Uruguay. Hope that all games will be like that Enjoy Football :)

How do you see YOUR use of social media tools supporting concrete social change?

In general, I have never been asked question like this but right now I will have difficulties to response to this question.

First of all, I would like to highlight that Media plays a great role in our life. It is one of the main sources for the access to the education, information, entertainment and so forth. It helps and provides vital information for the people. This interesting aspect extremely excited me. Sometimes I think That if we will increase the projects like this and or in Facebook  or in twitter we will create new groups it can change our life to better life

Employers should be required to provide smocking areas for their employees who smoke cigarettes.
In general, this topic is of great significance in our life. Although smoking is very harmful to health, a lot of people are used to smoking cigarettes. However, life becomes very difficult for smokers because their smoking often makes non-smokers annoyed and unpleasant. It is inconvenient for both of those who smoke and those who don’t. Therefore, I support the idea of employers providing smoking areas for those employees, who smoke cigarettes.

First and foremost, providing smoking areas will help smoking employees feel comfortable and work effectively. Smoking habits differ from smoker to smoker. In fact, when one is heavily addicted to smoking, one wants to smoke many times a day. If there is no place for him to smoke, he can feel tired and may not want to work. This affects the productivity of the company. Thus, it is useful for employers to build smoking areas for smokers. In order to improve the productivity of the company thereby increasing profit in their business, employers should consider demands and desires of their workers. If employers can meet the wishes of their employees, they will be successful in creating a comfortable working environment. As a result, employees would think that their bosses care about them and they would work harder. This would improve the productivity and thus the profit of the company.

In Addition, since smoking employees will have a place to smoke, they will not cause inconvenience for non-smokers. If employers do not provide smoking areas, smokers can be forced to smoke in places where there are a lot of non-smokers. Actually, non-smoking employees will feel uncomfortable with the smell of cigarettes that can harm their health and affect their performance. Thus, by providing special areas for smoking, employers can satisfy all of their employees whether they smoke or not.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that employers should be required to provide smoking areas for their smoking employees. In this way, both the employers and employees can be benefited. Employers will make higher profit and employees will feel more comfortable.
